Here is how you make pupusas. Begin  by having all the ingredients masa, cheese, oil, water and bowl. Then mix the masa and water together and leaned until it’s smooth. Next leaned the cheese to get a little boll of masa on a lightly floured surface. Next roll out each round boll.  Sprinkle cheese over each round.  Place a second tortilla over the cheese, and pinch the edges together to seal in the cheese. Finally put some oil on the pupusa and rub it in.  Then, heat an ungreased skillet over medium high heat.  Place into the skillet and flip with spatula the Pupusa  every 3 minutes on each side until a little cheese comes out. It really it takes 7-8 minute’s to cook pupusas and then it’s done. Enjoy!
