Recently we sat down with Principal Dave Jagels, as the county moves toward changing discipline practices, our school is moving toward implementing a program called Restorative Justice.

Restorative Justice, or “Restorative Discipline”, is an approach focusing on the needs of victims and offenders as well as all impacted parties, rather than simply applying abstract legal principles or policy-defined punishments.
