Poachers in Zimbabwe set out to kill over 80 elephants to sell their tusks, which are made out of ivory, on the black market. Killing elephants for their tusks is illegal. Measures are being made to make sure poachers are punished for their actions. They kill these animals to receive a profit from their tusks and sell them in markets.

These animals were slaughtered for something that is part of them. These poachers should be punished by the government for the crime. Even though elephants are just animals they should not be killed. Actions should be taken to make the punishments for this crime more severe.
