A company in Colorado that makes THC edible chocolates will now need to be certified by Canlabs, a Marijuana test lab for human consumption safety. So all Marijuana and recreational Marijuana will now have to be tested by law for human consumption safety.
This law only apply’s in states that legalized consumption of Marijuana and remember Marijuana is still illegal under federal law so this means that it’s a problem for these businesses to thrive. I think Marijuana should be legalized to improve United states economy, but also enforcing THC levels and how you should consume THC.
