The mysterious and vital pineal gland is located in the center of the brain. This gland is important for our overall health and happiness. It produces serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin is the hormone that keeps us in a good mood. Without it, we’d be depressed and unmotivated. Melatonin is the hormone that put us to sleep. This hormone is released when our eyes don’t sense any light. Indicating to our pineal glad that we are trying to sleep. Melatonin also regulates the sleep portion of the circadian rhythm. It is also vastly accepted that our pineal gland is a doorway for our consciousness. I mean, look at the facts. The pineal gland is the gland releasing melatonin to put us to sleep and serotonin to keep us awake and motivated. Thus, the pineal gland is solely responsible for bringing us in and out of consciousness, each morning and every night. But what is consciousness? Many believe that quantum physics can explain consciousness, but, the fact is, that it can not. “Anyone who becomes seriously involved in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that there is a spirit manifest in the laws of the universe a spirit vastly superior to that of man” – Albert Einstein. (“Suppressed”)Consciousness is the reason we are able to analyze our thoughts. It is the checker of morals and our values. Metacognition is another word for conscious thinking (“Melatonin”).
Besides the pineal gland’s ability to put us to sleep or keep us awake (take us in and out of consciousness), the hormones produced by the pineal gland have plenty of vital roles to our body’s survival and our mental health. While we sleep, melatonin runs through our body, working as a natural, powerful antioxidant. It fights off cancer cells and strengthen our immune system. People with reduced melatonin are at higher risk of cancer, heart disease, and a weak immune system. Women with breast cancer produce about 10% the amount of melatonin than that of the average person. (“Melatonin and Pineal”) So the pineal gland is good for us. But why is it important for us to study up on this vital gland? The health of this gland is obviously crucial, and chances are your pineal gland has been calcified, due to years of fluoride consumption. (Calcify definition: “harden by deposition of or conversion into calcium carbonate or some other insoluble calcium compounds.) Calcification on the pineal gland turns it from a healthy, soft, and pink pinecone-shaped gland, to a rock hard, grey pinecone, which lacks its necessary functions almost completely (“Fluoride”).
It should be in everyone’s best interest to reduce or eliminate their consumption of fluoride. But which shadows does this demon lurk in? Truth is, it’s standing in broad daylight. It’s in tap water! The decision to put fluoride in our tap water was advertised to us as being good for our teeth, without warning the public of its internal, negative,and life threatening effects. We, the people, voted yes. No more cavities! Fluoride is also in your toothpaste and dental care products. It is so bad, they say you should spit out all your toothpaste. There’s even a Food and Drug Administration required poison label on your toothpaste bottle. Spitting the toothpaste out does not keep you from ingesting small amounts of fluoride every time you brush your teeth.
I’m sure that now you’re worried what these life threatening conditions caused by fluoride may be. Besides the calcification of your vital pineal gland, there are plenty of consequences to consuming fluoride that our government is simply ignoring; it is ignoring the good health of its citizens. Fluoride can destroy bone tissue, causing breaks and fractures. This condition is diagnosed as skeletal fluorosis. Fluoride also causes arthritis! Some people diagnosed with arthritis are actually suffering from low-grade fluoride poisoning. Fluoride consumption can also cause cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, and so many other conditions. Our pineal gland is most affected by fluoride. Accumulation of fluoride is high, due to this gland being exposed to high levels of blood flow. With our pineal glands calcified and unable to produce the right amount of hormones, we aren’t receiving the powerful antioxidant, melatonin. We are more prone to many diseases, a weak immune system, depression, and sleep deprivation. You can see many symptoms of fluoride consumption already attacking our society. (“Fluoride”)
So how can we avoid being another victim of fluoride? We must remember that fluoride has been carelessly placed in our society. So completely cutting it out of our diets will take time. Baby steps are key! First off, avoid drinking and cooking with tap water! Perhaps get a filter for your kitchen sink that is able to filter out fluoride or buy spring water. You can invest in a fluoride filtering shower head, your skin will thank you! Secondly, change your toothpaste and dental products! There are plenty of fluoride free toothpastes available that work just as well for your dental needs, or simply change toothpaste out for baking soda and lemon juice!
Our next step after limiting the grips of fluoride on our lifelines is to decalcify your pineal glands. There are many methods, I suggest meditation! Not only will your pineal gland thank you, but your stress levels will decrease, and your pineal gland will be producing way more serotonin, leading to happiness and motivation! Best way to decalcify your pineal gland is to activate more activity in this gland. Since this gland produces melatonin in the dark, try meditation in a dark room or any form of relaxation in the dark. The pineal gland produces serotonin in the daylight so spending time outside under the sun can also help increase activity. There are many other methods and foods. I urge you to research about your pineal gland and how to keep it healthy, and find what methods suits you (“Decalcify”).
