They say most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. Now it is affecting young people too and people of all ages are dying. In the United states over 70,000 have died. That’s less than the 100,000 that the largest stadium can hold but it is still 70,000 individual lives and their families directly affected by tragedy. They say we are “all in this together” but it does not feel that way.
Coronaviruses have affected many people in every way. Economically millions of people have lost their jobs and some do not have enough money to buy food. They have to look for places that give away food for free.
For many citizens the President has sent checks but for people that do not have papers they don’t get anything. It is really hard for those people because some families have children and maybe born here but they don’t get help too. But for some people if they talk with the owners of the apartment they don’t have to pay , they can pay once they have jobs , but it is not in every apartment or house. Strangely, some kids are born with this virus and some pregnant women are suffering with this virus too and are worried to leave themselves. https://www.livescience.com/coronavirus-baby-transmit-womb-pregnancy.html
I am not working right now and it is really hard to stay at home but is safe. I really get bored and I feel like it is depressing for me because I don’t want to do anything, not even go for a walk. My inspiration to go to college is going away and I just want to be in my room sleeping. I don’t have a job to distract myself and also I don’t even know what day it is. Everyday it feels like a sad and boring Sunday. It is sad for all seniors because maybe we are not getting any celebrations of our graduation. All students have been waiting for this time to finish with High School and hear their names while everyone is applauding because they did it.
Remember to wash your hands , wear a mask, and gloves.
