“As your commander in chief, I will not commit you and the rest of our armed forces to fighting another ground war in Iraq,”
President Obama, MacDill Air Force Base in Florida Sept. 17/2014
ISIL the most dangerous group of terrorist is not getting tired of hurting people. The people of the U.S. are tired of getting hurt by terrorism since 09/11, we are afraid to be the pray of terrorists not for us, but for our families, and chiel. Our nation has faced many obstacles based on atttacks and the ISIS war is not going to be the least. We are in war, a war that we should either fight or leave.
“To be clear, if we reach the point where I believe our advisers should accompany Iraqi troops on attacks against specific ISIL targets, I will recommend that to the president,”
Dempsey said.
The ISIS have the power to fight us, but they do not have the authority to do it, and because they do not have the authority to such thing, we should not just stand and cross our arms. President Obama said that the U.S. forces have been sent to Iraq and will be joining the Iraqi forces for support on the ground. Also, the Islamic State mostly known as the ISIL have taken over Iraq and Syria. Obama said that the U.S. has already sent 160 airstrikes against the group, and that they will train and give regional forces all necesary to fight the militant international terrorist group.
“We will lead a broad coalition of countries who have a stake in this fight, because this is not simply America vs. ISIL — this is the people, the region fighting against ISIL,” he said. “It is the world rejecting the brutality of ISIL.”

I believe that this is not our war, but if they attack American citizens and other innocent civilians, we should not be cowards. Instead, all countries and nations should join this war as if it was ours. We should fight for violence to stop and for those kinds of people to pay for their crimes. America must balance the call to international justice and the need to protect its own citizens.
