These books are part of my “shelfie” for a variety of reasons. My usual go-to books are thrillers or mysteries, so that explains the David Baldacci. I have read most of Adriana Trigiani’s books but somehow I missed this one. I saw a friend reading it and she lent it to me. I have been trying to expand my reading horizons by reading non-fiction and a friend recently sent me pictures from Grenada, Spain. She was in the room that Columbus actually stood in to ask Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand to fund his explorations. So that is the reason for the Isabella book. I devoured the Bruce Springsteen biography when I first got it. Now I am reading it more slowly when I am between other books.
