The Industrial Revolution

The Industrial Revolution is a time on the 18th century when many important inventions were made. Many of these inventions made new jobs for people. As these inventions created new manufacturing and industry, many people also moved away from farms into cities because all the money was going into the city. The Industrial Revolution affected the farmers on their economic situation where they faced a series of challenges to support their families.

The era of industrialization changed the way that the modern world transported, and produced goods. During this period of time technology advanced in a huge manner. Industry caused inventions. Inventions like Henry Ford’s car, steam engine, new fuels like coal, petroleum etc. created a huge impact on the 18th centuries. We would had never imagine this machines before industry.

The Inventions that had a big impact were things such as, the telegraph which was very useful at that period of time. The telegraph made communication across the ocean much faster and safer, this permitted people to write their message, send it and receive it the same day. Even though this seems to be very creative, it was not good for the earth and our atmosphere. The revolution expulsed huge amounts of carbon which affected our world and it also caused pollution because of all the wastes that were drop on to the sea.

I don’t understand how these people had these great ideas where they created all these inventions. How and where did they get the knowledge to create things that no one could imagine before. I admire these people, but I am also disappointed because we are affecting our atmosphere with all these useful things. Industry always comes with a cost.
