Here are some benefits. Caffeine can potentially decrease the risk of alzheimer’s disease. It can also lower the risk of oral cancer and stroke in older women. Additionally, it can lower other types of cancer, increase longevity, and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.
I don’t drink coffee all that much, but I adore all types of tea.
