The General Service Administration is challenging citizens to create an app to harness existing federal travel data and provides publicly available information. The top concept will win 35,000, while the runner-up will receive $30,000 and the third place finisher will net 25,000. The GSA is a government organization to build a more sustainable, responsible and effective government for the American people. GSA is trying to get the most use of every tax payers dollar.
