    – I agree on that eating fruits are very nutritious, fat- loosing and bone strengthening.
    – It’s very interesting on how mango’s are highly rich in proteins
    – I did not know that vitamins are helpful for wound healing and can avoid allergy symptoms and reducing sensitivity

    As a mother, healthy food is key to me and my son since I want to keep both him and me healthy as best as possible. I never knew mango’s had highly rich proteins in them I guess I could say I learned something out of the slideshow,
