     A deal to protect hundreds of thousands of young immigrants who were brought to the country illegally as children is “finished” President Trump has said.  The Trump administration announced last year its plan to get rid of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program DACA which provides a level of amnesty to certain undocumented immigrants, many of whom came to the U.S. as children with a six month delay for recipients.

The DACA program was formed through executive action by former President Barack Obama in 2012 and allowed certain people who came to the U.S. illegally as minors to be protected from immediate deportation. they were known as , Dreamers, were able to request “consideration of deferred action” for a period of two years, which was subject to renewal.

“Deferred action is a use of prosecutorial discretion to defer removal action against an individual for a certain period of time,” U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services stated. “Deferred action does not provide lawful status.”

What is Executive Action?

Presidents define situations or conditions on situations that become legal or economic truth. These orders carry the same force of law as executive orders—the difference between the two is that executive orders are aimed at those inside government while proclamations are aimed at those outside government.

Why Did President Obama have to do things by Executive Action? 

Since president George Washington started it. Every president used the term of executive action. It happens when the elected congress does not agree to make a law, or to establish an amendment.

What was preventing action in Congress?

In this time the congress was divided. Democrats and Republicans were not agree with what trump wanted to do. Specially what he was doing with the young generation of immigrants.

The Trump administration had initially set a March 5 deadline for the program What did President say about March 5th deadline?  and called on Congress to pass legislation pertaining to the young immigrants. But on Easter Sunday, Trump blasted Mexico and Democrats and declared a deal for DACA was off the table.

 

Education is the difference between human and animals. The advantage of on our actions. Education is more that important to be a good citizen. Path to the citizenship now it is hard, It would be much better is government could establish some terms that may allow any immigrant how to get legal status.

Why is education a valuable tool for creating good citizens?

Education besides teaching history it gives values. Values to a human being makes them educated.

In America why should we value immigrants?  Why are people afraid of immigrants or what problems do they blame on immigrants?

Immigrants are those who built this country at first. And as any person immigrants have same right as any “American” people is also afraid of immigrants  because they have been shown to the world as criminals. They have been blamed by the twin towers and other situations.
