    its arguable. As i have seen some may say yes because they are also human. They usually have the same rights as everyone else. These people do the crime, they do the time, then it should be forgivin. But then some will say no, they cannot sue. Some people think that if they do it once, what would really lead them to change. Some people think that once you are the way you are then there will be no way to change. personally i think that they can sue, because as you said, forgive and forget. forgive the person for their faults and forget the action behind it.

    Sex offenders have the right to sue, and they can’t be kept for longer in prison. if the criminal made it’s time in prison, than by law he needs to be free, not kept in prison. everyone deserves a second chance. if this criminals did this act they can always change by time. It is sometimes hard not to Judge others . It would be hard if you were a victim to forgive this crime but you never know their personal background what they’ve gone through so why JUDGE?

    yes they have the right to sue as people were supposed to forgive and not judge others so if your saying a sex offender shouldnt be able to sue thats being judgemental and thats like saying a sex offender is than a person
